We offer a 7-day return policy for store credit only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
Items that list "Final Sale" will not qualify for store credit or any type of return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with sanitary liner (if applicable), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your items qualify for a return, we’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and/or without first getting an approval for the return will not be accepted. Please be sure to obtain the tracking number for your returned package as we are not responsible for lost or stollen items.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7-days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2BDesired will not be held responsible for any packages that may become lost or stollen while in the care of the United States Postal Service/DHL/UPS. Please contact your local post office/postal carrier for further instructions on how to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package/goods once it has been dropped off and accounted for at your local postal carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or skin care products/gels). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are not able to hold any items for exchange purposes.
Refunds (Eligible for store credit only) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a gift card with the appropriate store credit amount that reflects the returned item(s).
To insure your bikinis remain vibrant and true to color, bikinis should be hand washed with cold water, mild soap (without moisturizers), and air dry on flat surface (avoid hang drying as it may cause the bikini to stretch)
Avoid sitting on or rubbing the swimwear against rough surfaces to insure the quality of the bikini
If possible, rinse off after taking a dip in the ocean or pool. Fresh water is always best for keeping your bikini colors fresh and vibrant!
Avoid laundry detergent and mixing your swimwear with colors when washing (colors from other clothing may bleed and stain the swimwear)
Keep oils, tanning lotions, tinted sunscreens and moisturizers away from the bikinis as it may stain the swimwear. Stay away from heavily chlorinated pools.
